All papers submitted to AOCE 2025 will be reviewed by AOCE 2025 Reviewer Team, only the approved and registered papers can be included in the conference proceeding, which will be submitted to major databases for indexation.

Extraordinary papers are being solicited for review and recommendation to SCI journal publication in accordance with SCI journal manuscript requirements. Manuscripts for SCI journals should be submitted in Word (.doc) format. There are no strict formatting requirements initially; however, once accepted for review, authors will receive a paper template. For submissions, please contact the conference secretary.

*Note: All submissions to this conference will be sent to at least 2 independent reviewers selected from a group of well-established researchers by the Editor-in-Chief and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content, relevance to the conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. We will first check the plagiarism status of each submitted paper, and there is a hard rule that the similarity rate can not exceed 20%. We take plagiarism cases very seriously, including self-plagiarism of authors’ published papers. Papers with a high percentage of plagiarism and self-plagiarism will not be considered.
